A little something for Anthrocon... I once drew a minotaur in a kilt for a gamebook that never happened and liked the look of it so I thought it might make a good pic for the furry crowd.
Why call him 'Beefcake'? Honestly, I couldn't think of a suitable name for a Scottish bull....
I wouldn't have the courage to eat meat from something like that: I would rather become vegetarian seriously considering the possibility to bear a bunch of little minotaurs.
VERY good drawing, as usually you did a fantastic work with the anatomy and the colours (that are incredible, especially for the shadow/light points). The only thing I would slightly reconsider to make the character even more outstanding would be the sky (that is a bit too gray and uniform). But, again, I'm terrible with backgrounds so my thought is pretty much worthless.
yeeeeeah.... the original background dropped out in the scan so I whipped together a similar background in Photoshop. I was going for a moody, rain in the distance feel.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Smokey : "Oh, THAT was a harem, alright! I know a harem when I see one!"
