"Are you sure about this?" Tawnee asked for the umpteenth time.

"Trust me," Spooky said as she looked at the view screen in the back of the camera. "You can put down all the hobbies and aspirations you like on those online dating things but if you wanna hook a guy, you gotta put out some bait."

"It's just...," Tawnee bit her lip and lowered her voice, "...won't this give them the wrong impression? I mean, I haven't wore these shorts since high school! Won't it make it seem like I'm needy and can't afford new clothes?"

Spooky gave a little cough that sounded suspiciously like a suppressed giggle. "Oh, I doubt it. Your clothes will be the last thing on their minds." She winked. "Now, stretch out those arms and let's see those stripes, okay?"

Yes, in spite of working as a bouncer, Tawnee is totally clueless where relationships are concerned. Most guys are too intimdated to ask her for a date and she's too shy to ask them herself.
