Done for the Monthly Gargoyles Character contest, this is my gargoyles character Spike in the guise of a Mayan king atop a temple based on photos that I took at Chichen Itza when I was visiting Cancun in 1991.

I just love this one !! o__O I saw this in the MGC contest and I fell in love with it. I don't know why but there is definitely something which is appealing me. He really looks like a mayan god, watching over his land with pride, calm and majesty. There is a sense of royalty. Have to fave it right now ! (why didn't I do this before ?!!)
