I went to see the King Tut exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art today. It was good... but not as good as the Rameses exhibit that we saw a few years back.

I can report that if you are going to A-kon, parking will be at a premium. There's a lot of construction going on in the arts district and lots that were vacant last year are full of equipment this year. I really recommend parking at a DaRT station and taking the train in. Also if you haven't been getting the A-kon newsletter, there's going to be a cosplay parade in the arts district. Should be a sight to see!

Great news: I got my check from Furry Fiesta today and I made back the art show & reg fees for both FF & ConDFW plus a profit! WooHoo!!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the character meme on my LJ. I actually had to go look up some of my old stories to get back in touch with some characters. I'm really anxious to get back to my stories again!

(And I stopped taking names at midnight last night. Enough!)
Time to write some new stuff.
